The Special Edition of the game ($18) on PS4 comes with: Headmaster Robe, Staff and Sword, Warlord Dragon Armour, Epic Crystal Staff, Soul Screecher, Cultist Robe, Staff of Aeons, Ritual Sword, Magicka 2 Theme, & Magicka 2 Vlad Theme. A Golden Age of Man is ushered in, seemingly leaving the world at peace, until a child is born, radiating with Magick energy and beckoning not only the return of Wizards, but also a vampire named Vlad shadow who threatens all of Midgard. The story picks up after Wizard Wars (the F2P PvP off-shoot of Magicka), where different schools of Magick across Midgard went to war and wizard numbers everywhere were decimated.
The possibilities (of ways to destroy friendships) are endless! Cast fire on yourself to dry your Wizard when he/she gets wet and is susceptible to lightning attacks, create a shield made of steam for your enemies to run into, shoot a beam of water-infused arcane magic at your enemies, plant heal mines into the ground for your buddies to run over and regain health, enchant your melee weapon with fire, give yourself rock armor and so on. These combinations can be cast in different ways as well. Magicka 2 is a co-op adventure game focused on combining 8 different elements (Fire, Water, Rock, Lightning, Life, Death, Shield and Ice) into different combinations (up to 5 different elements at once) and spells to defeat your enemies.
