Now, you need to return to Seluvis’ Rise, another tower in the Three Sisters just to the southeast of Ranni's. Speak with him, and he’ll want help trying to reach Nokron. Blaidd can be found in the location shown above. Travel to Mistwood, and go to the Siofra River Well to access the underground. Exhaust their dialogue, and then go find Blaidd in Siofra River. Took the potion to Gideon and had him pour it out, could have given to Nepheli but I also wanted to see the new changes to her quest line on this playthrough. Talked to Seluvis and got the potion to give to Nepheli. Completed Carina Manor and started Ranni’s quest line by speaking to her, Seluvis, Iji and Blaidd. Killed Bloodhound Knight at Forlorn Hound Evergaol and talked to Blaidd afterwards 3. Met Blaidd at Mistwood Ruins by using the finger snap 2. Basically these are the steps I followed, some may be able to be skipped but if you want to be thorough then I suggest following along. So I managed to successfully get this talisman and complete Ranni’s quest line without requiring Celestial Dew to reset any NPC aggro at the church of vows.
